VA / Social Media

We are looking for an experienced virtual assistant to help us with the day to day operations of our online business.

Tasks include but not limited to:

- Social media - this will be performing basic tasks such as engaging with our new followers via direct message, scheduling posts
- Managing an email inquiries inbox & customer orders
- Graphic design, assisting us with creating new social media content, webpages, newsletters ect..
- Data entry
- Research
- Updating our WordPress site
- Managing Mailing list with MailChimp

Not essential but highly regarded:
- Experience in Instagram and Facebook advertising
- Experience with woocommerce store
- Experience with Divi builder
- SEO
