Looking for admin assistant to join our growing start up company. Looking for a team member to provide customer service and product listings and descriptions for for our products.
Some Responsibilities
Field telephone calls
Maintain and coordinate schedules, appointments, and calendars
Maintain an organized filing system
Place orders for office equipment or business needs

•Someone who specks english very well
•disciplined and self motivated work ethic
•ability to analyze problems and fix them.
•Great communications skills
• Able to keep calm in difficult situations when dealing with clients
Excellent time management and organizational skills. Must be able to multi task and prioritize efficiently. Able to delegate and provide correct information to our team and customers
