Looking for a Project Manager/VA to Work With Localization Company

We have a global localization business and we need a project manager/VA who would be in touch with our core team, our artists who are worldwide, and our clients who are also in various countries. There are daily voiceover/translation projects happening in different languages, with scripts to be passed on, and voiceover recordings/translations passed back, and a whole lot of coordinating in between, as well as record keeping, so nothing is lost at any point, and files are checked (QC) before delivery.

We understand that it will take time to learn the ropes and we are willing to train you. There will be a training period of 2 months (paid, of course), before we confirm working together long term.

We are looking for someone who like challenges, and likes to learn new things, who would be a reliable person, a solid co-worker to work with, someone who is available and can handle responsibility, someone who will become a real strength to our team.
We also need the person to be very trustworthy, as confidentiality is very important, so NDA's would need to be signed as well.
We need someone who can work calmly under pressure and has the ability to meet deadlines, and who is willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
You must be strong on communication – with your co-workers and team, as well as clients and artists/service providers. There is room for growth in our company, because we are looking for people who can stay and be a strong pillar on our team.

We typically need around 40+ hours. Sometimes when deadlines are tight we may need a little extra help on weekends to follow up on deliveries by email. Working hours will vary: some days might be a little freer for you, but other times will be hectic. We would need you to be flexible with your work hours.
Since everything is totally done over the internet, you need to have a reliable internet connection, a good working computer, and electricity backup. Also it would be best to have a smartphone, with Viber and Whatsapp and Skype on your phone and be able to receive emails. These things are essential to working with us. You would need to be connected at any time and reachable.
