Very Creative/Artistic Web Designer / Facebook/Social Media Specialist (Twitter

I need a worker who can create a very nice artistic website for a Filipino singer based in Canada. We will, of course, provide the content, pictures, and videos. You will be working with me, as I'm the manager. The site needs to be easy on the eye, not cluttered, and conveys his style of music. Put on about 20 hours of work per month (for the first 3 months), and after that $20 per month for 3 hours per week max to maintain the site (can be on-going).
