Job Responsibilities:
• Resolve overseas Customer's Dispute request on internet payment gateways such as Paypal and Stripe
• Handle inquiries from foreign clients for the urgent case through
• Cooperate with overseas online shopping customer service team
Requirements:
• Experienced in payment gateway processing or payment dispute is a MUST
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office application is a MUST
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Well-organized, customer-oriented, able to work under pressure and with minimum supervision
• Self-driven, pro-active, and motivated to work
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
• With at least 5mbps internet speed and a back-up connection.
• Preferably has Core i5 processors
• Quiet working place
