Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1-year experience as a Customer Support Representative, but not required
•Highly organized with proficient attention to detail and the ability to analyze information and situation to resolve issues
• Strong verbal and highly proficient writing skill, including spelling, grammar, punctuation, etc.
• Good attitude and willing to be trained
• Extra-miler and constantly pushes the limits of current responsibilities
• Can follow instructions
• Amenable to work on shifting schedule (there's a night differential for night shift)
