We are seeking a full-time creative designer & editor! We have a fun and unique brand with lots of opportunity to flex your creative muscles. You will produce new graphics to serve in both web and print capacities, edit video and audio to improve their quality and put together content to serve as training videos for our teams. You can also have a hand in helping our programmers improve the look and feel of our internal software applications and other fun projects.
To be successful in this role you should have the following skills:
*Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills
*Ability to learn and use other software tools as appropriate
*Strong sense of design with experience creating new content
*Ability to edit audio and video files and produce them in various formats
*Strong organization ability to manage our digital assets
*Interest in creating training content/curriculum
Schedule
For the first month, you should expect to match daylight EST work hours for training. Once you are comfortable working on your own, you can have a flexible schedule as long as we determine a few hours per day where we can overlap. This will be your full-time job in order to become an important contributing member of our team. We will judge your performance based on output and ongoing ---------- pensation
First Month $25,000PHP monthly salary, then increase to $30,000PHP monthly salary + 13th Month
*Weekly pay
*Paid national Regular Holidays (10 days) and national Special Holidays (8 days)

*Retirement Plan contribution after 1 Year (1 month’s salary annual contribution)
