Kingsway Marketing is looking for a dedicated and experienced Business Development Representative. The proper candidate will possess a positive winning attitude. You will be required to be honest, passionate, coachable, results driven, detail oriented, and possess an overall desire to WIN and advance the organization. For those who produce, you will be required to be available for promotions, salary increases, additional development, education, and responsibilities.
We are in the process of building our company into a nationally recognized Master Solution Provider. We plan to Dominate the State, be Great in the Great Lakes, and expand our existing presence into the National Enterprise Account Market. We are looking to build an industry leading Business Development Department that utilizes technology, information, and process; to inform, engage, and gain commitment from B2B C-Level and upper management executives. Telegration’s Business Development Representative position is an inside sales prospecting position within the telecommunications industry. You will work to develop, implement, and provide reporting on multi-point touch activity campaigns. You will work with the BDR Manager to utilize and develop marketing materials, templates, and scripts that effectively market our brand through phone calls, emails, social media marketing, direct mail, and video campaigns. You will support a national sales force with qualified appointments within the Mid-Market to Enterprise account market while representing companies like AT&T and Comcast Business. You will work with BDR manager to develop target and vertical-specific outreach campaigns and be held accountable for real-time reporting
