Internet Survey -VA

We are looking for a VA that can handle completing online surveys for us. Very simple task but we need a reliable person to ensure they are completed fully and on time.

The task is to:
Complete Surveys quickly before they expire. Report score and points earned on survey. Then to email us and confirm that they have been completed and the total points. Must be able to read and understand English. Stable internet connection required.

MUST have capability to show IP address as Canadian and not out of country. Please state this in your application if you are able to do this

Could be up to 2 surveys in a day for a total of 40 minutes. It is hard to know when they will be sent so to start the task will be a Fixed price. If task is completed well additional contract for VA responsibilities may be added in the future. Basic training for how to answer the surveys is provided.
