Marketing All Rounder

We are looking for a marketing all rounder - someone who can provide a wide range of services including:
* review our website, Facebook page, Linked In page, Twitter profile etc. and make suggestions on how they can be improved
* provide suggestions on SEO and website content to improve natural search results
* maintain our Google Adwords on a weekly basis
* advise us on whether we should be doing Linked In advertising (or anything else)
* write content for our website and emails (or if that is outside your skillset arrange a sub contractor to do it)
* run email campaigns through Mailchimp or similar
* anything else in the marketing area you can think of

You must be:
* A SELF-STARTER. We want someone who can operate with minimal guidance and take care of our marketing with just a weekly review meeting with management
* degree educated with a relevant degree, or equivalent.
* totally honest and reliable
* available on Skype for 4 hours between ---------- and 6pm (GMT+10)

We expect a weekly report telling us what you have done including
- changes to the various sites
- changes to the Adwords
- results and comparisons to previous periods
- ideas for new changes you want to try
