JOB OVERVIEW

We are now hiring full-time E-commerce Customer Outbound Phone Support.
(40 working hours per week Tuesday-Saturday 1am to 10am, PH Time with one hour break)

The task will be to call customers who have issues ordering or who have dropped out before purchasing and convert them into Upgrade to see actual infondidate must have the following qualifications:

Excellent Spoken English
Patient and calm
Empathetic
Attentive listener
Willing to go extra mile for customers
Positive, warm and friendly
Persuasive speaking skills
Can generate sales

Requirements:

- Quiet background at the workplace
- Have a proper headset with mic
- with Shopify experience
- Phone sales experience or Outbound phone support experience required

Chosen applicants will undergo a one month trial period to see if they are fit for the role.

* Commission will be given only if converted to regular after the trial period
