Here is an idea of the design work you will be doing:

1) We constantly need new graphic t-shirt designs.
We roll out new campaigns each and every week.

2) I also have over 25 logos, website headers, e-bundles, e-covers, and facebook covers that need to be designed ASAP.

This will be a full-time position until all of the digital designs in part 2) are completed. After that, we will only need t-shirt designs on a regular basis. The job at that point becomes part-time and compensation will be adjusted accordingly based on the number of hours worked. But if you want longterm, there is another option:

So basically to be eligible for the permanent position, you must also have VERY GOOD English Writing Skills and be a Great Communicator (in addition to the design skills of course).
