We are currently looking for a Superstar Virtual Assistant to add to our team for Part-time work. (We are looking for a long-term relationship with our VA, and if they are willing to grow with us this can turn into a full-time position).
Currently, we have an e-commerce brand. We sell our products on various platforms, but we are looking for help with our two sister Shopify stores.
--------JOB DESCRIPTION----------
Required Tasks you will be required to do are:
-Social Media Management of FB and 2 Instagram pages. (Ex. Answering messages, Research and plan social media posts, as well as schedule posts)
-Data Entry for Shopify (Listing products mainly, changing the site banner seasonally etc.)
-Daily / Weekly reporting and accountability
-Help us turn fans into customers
-Other related tasks
-------GENERAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS---------------
-You must be fluent in English (excellent reading and writing). Because communication will be constant and is very important.
-You must have internet access at all times (and have your own computer).
-Must have experience in Shopify, Mailchimp
-Must have some basic graphic design skills (photoshop, canva)

- High level of organization, timeliness & ability to prioritize
- Self-management & initiative
- Able to work on and simplify processes
- Eager to learn

- Comfortable with computers
We are willing to pay you $175/month. After one month we will review your tasks, our progress, etc. and decide where to go from there.
Ideally, we are looking for a long-term business relationship. There is lots of room to grow in this job.
