Social Media Rock Star For Law Firm

Chicago-based custody/divorce law firm is looking for a talented social media wizard to grow our following organically from scratch.

You will use our regularly produced videos to create engaging content on Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.

You will be responsible for managing the social media growth strategy and for the daily tasks required to implement the strategy.

We will work as a team to produce content and you can leverage our expertise to create interesting videos, infographics, and ebooks, etc.

We expect the following for this position:
- Availability for weekly Skype video meetings to go over social media agenda
- Familiarity with hootsuite
- Ability to build out initial pages on all social media platforms
- Knowledge of the most effective strategies on the leading social media platforms
- Ability to forward attorneys relevant social media questions for comment
- Ability to manage production of ebooks and graphics on highly relevant issues for potential customers
- Ability to push the marketing projects forward once given the initial direction
- Ability to hire/outsource talent needed to complete marketing projects (e.g. you can find and manage a talented graphic designer if needed)
- Ability to communicate with other VAs/freelancers, and to manage a team to execute social media strategy
- A desire to be part of a team committed to growing a business, and willingness to be accountable to superiors
- Ability to converse about things other than work in order to build a friendly, fulfilling, cross-cultural relationship
