Hello Applicants!

Seeking a VA with Real Estate experience, able to qualify real estate leads by phone and SMS. You'll be using Liondesk CRM and Aircall to text + call prospective leads to qualify them.

Must have excellent North American phone voice accent, attention to detail, and consistent and strong internet.

This job will require working 7 days/week. To start, only 2-5 hours per day, but as you grow into the position it will be more work. You must have somewhat flexible schedule and be able to work during North American time zones. Your salary will be reflective of the amount of hours worked in a given week/ month, as well as your work experience.

Some duties will include:
- Respond to incoming leads via SMS with personalized messages
- Call leads on the phone who seem qualified on SMS
- Record data in a google sheet and in CRM
- Learn new things to further your performance


You MUST be motivated and unafraid to be resourceful when you don't know something.
