Looking for a dedicated outbound caller to handle my prospecting needs.

• Full time job & who can start right away
• Cold Calls for the whole shift
• Shift Starts at 11am-3pm Eastern Time (New York), and 5pm-8pm ET, Mon-Fri. And then Saturday 10am-3pm ET
• 30-40 hours/week, Monday-Saturday
• Hourly pay, rate Increase will depend on your performance & productivity within 2 months. Base hourly rate plus bonus on sold deals available if you are good.

MUST HAVE:
• A quiet place to work from
• Noise CANCELLATION HEADSET
• Minimum 5mbps WIRED INTERNET & Backup
• Minimum i3 or amd6 processor PC/Laptop
• Minimum 1 yr experience on outbound phone sales and/or customer service.

Previous real estate experience cold calling, appointment setting and telemarketing is a HUGE ---------- TE:
• Typing skills at least 30 wpm as you type notes while with the prospect is on the line.
• I am looking for candidates who can start immediately with near-native spoken English.
• Reliable who can show up to work consistently everyday
• Positive Attitude who is willing to be coached and open to constructive criticism to be better as quickly as possible.
