Full-time VA for California Medical Office

I run an acupuncture clinic in Northern California, US, and I need a full-time VA to help with administration, CRM, customer service, scheduling, social media marketing, insurance billing, and more.

PLEASE NOTE: The work schedule for this position is 10a-6p California (Pacific) time Monday through Friday.

Candidates for this position *must* meet the following criteria:
- very reliable Internet connection (you will be working via remote connection to a computer in our office)
- excellent verbal and written English skills (you will be taking calls for the office, answering basic questions, and scheduling appointments)
- good-quality headset and a quiet work environment
- ability to perform tasks as assigned
- willing to ask questions whenever instructions are unclear
- creative and eager to learn new skills
- friendly attitude and GREAT customer service skills

Do you have a background in nursing? If so, that's great! Familiarity with English medical terminology is very helpful, but not required.

I have experience working with Filipino VAs, and I am a respectful and fun boss. It is unfortunate that my current VA is unable to work for us full-time.

If you have experience with any of these, that will be helpful. However, as long as you are computer and Internet savvy, we are happy to train the right person on everything else.

A good attitude and a great work ethic are the most important qualities to have.
