Graphic Designer ($7 - $10 per ONE design) T Shirt Designer Illustrator - Tshirt / T-shirt design or digital artist

Are you a talented designer looking for fair pay? Are you tired of employers asking you to make 100 designs per week or 10, 20, or more designs per day for only a couple of dollars per design?

Do you want an employer that respects your time, skills and effort?

Then you've come to the right place!

We can pay $7.00 per design. This is the starting rate. This pay will increase the longer you work with us. We do however require a trial period to see if you have what it takes to work with us. For this short trial period we will pay $5.00 per design. If we like your work we move you up to $7, $10 or even up to $15 per design.

The best part is that we know you have family, friends, and other commitments. So you only have to complete 1-2 designs per day. But you can do more if you want. Ideally, you would be doing 5-10 designs per week. You can earn up to $200 (or more) per month. We are happy to increase your salary if you have a great attitude and are able to exceed our expectations.

We will also provide you with the design briefs and instructions, so you can focus on what YOU DO BEST - which is designing really awesome t-shirts!

But there is catch! We expect only HIGH QUALITY designs and we only hire the best designers. You must create 100% original t-shirt designs. You cannot copy or trace any photo, artwork, or image that is not your own. The use of stock photography or stock images is not allowed. Our brand is all about creating unique one of a kind designs people can't find anywhere else.

We take copyright infringement very seriously. We will reverse google search all images, and we use software to scan all major media platforms to see if your work is 100% original. Any wrongdoing will result in the immediate termination of the contract.

Preference will be given to people who are proficient in Adobe Illustrator, but all other digital editing software will be considered.

1. Can you create your own original hand drawn graphics and artwork without copying, tracing or manipulating existing work?

2. What do you know about creating work for commercial use when copying or referencing copyrighted images that are not your own?

3. How long have you been designing and what programs do you use?

4. Do you use stock photos or stock images when creating designs? If the answer is yes, which sites do you use?

5. Are you willing to do a test design to prove you have the skills to do the job?

6. Are you willing to communicate via Skype?

7. I use Upwork to communicate and pay my ---------- allows me to pay them in advance using escrow. Are you willing to create an Upwork account or would you prefer communicating via email?
