Virtual Assistant / Project Manager

Looking for the best candidate and within a budget that can fulfill any of the following tasks. In addition to a minimum of 40 hours per week work, you will gain the benefits of learning new tasks and skill sets to add to your resume and increase your value over time. Tasks may include all or some of what is listed in this posting. You do not need to be skilled on every task or have each of the listed required skills. You also may be trained on a few of them. If you feel you have some of these skills let me know and I can see where I can train you on these other aspects. Please be honest in your application otherwise you will be terminated if telling me you can do something that you can not. Finally. you will gain great experience through me.

Shopify Online Store
? New product Posts from AliExpress into Shopify store via Oberlo - pricing, product details etc
? Website update changes via store theme app
? Post on Amazon
? Social Media Posts: (1) Using the Later App automation tool - Schedule daily posts - IG, FB, PI, Twitter, YouTube. The tool makes it very easy to schedule and post store products (2) Update social media fan pages (FB, IG, and Pinterest)
? eMail marketing campaigns (1) Will be given access to Klaviyo and Privy tools to help manage email capture and campaigns (2) Maybe asked to create and design new campaigns with given product images
? Social Media Advertising Setup Assitance (1) Facebook / IG / Pinterest Ad campaign design and set up (2) Using Upfluence tool to help identify best Influencers for the product, and use tool to communicate with the influencer

JAB Enterprises - Amazon Arbitrage projects
? Assistant work with (1) Supplier communication on Alibaba (2) Amazon Page management and Customer service (3) Social media product management
