We are currently recruiting for a full-time team member to work with our Real Estate Company located in the United States.
As part of the team, you will be working with us in researching investment properties, evaluating them, online marketing and cold calling potential leads.
No prior real estate experience is required.
Starting Salary: up to 12000 php

• Fluent written and spoken English for phone meetings and conversations with various customers nationwide
• Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor required to interact with the team and clients
• Previous Virtual Assistant experience required
• Effective listening skills
• Outstanding Phone etiquette
• Self-starter and requires minimal supervision
• Internet and Technology savvy
• Strong organization skills is a must
• Knowledge in using General Office software: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge in Google Applications: Calendar, Contacts, Gmail
• Ability to Multi task
• Proficient in research
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast paced environment
• Has a passion for continuing education and is interested to grow with the company
Technical requirements:
•Must have High speed internet capable of making outbound Skype calls to clients and for research.
•Must be in a quiet environment to ensure professional and undisturbed calls: Headset with Noise cancellation a must!
