Real Estate Leads Manager

This job requires someone to search various MLS and online databases to find Real Estate that matches our criteria. You will then evaluate those properties and write offers on the properties. Real Estate experience doing Brokers Price Opinions or running comps is a requirement. You will then submit the offer to the sellers agent and communicate with the sellers agents over the phone. This person will also be responsible for other tasks like answering phones, administrative assistance, searching to see if properties are in a floodplain, communicating with sellers and more. We are a small company and do not have training programs, so we need folks who are already familiar with real estate, MLS systems and who are able to hit the ground running.
