Posting Podcast & Digital Marketing

Looking for VA to retain monthly to post podcast in Libsyn & update website when posted (this is quick). Design, gather content & share on social media through buffer once daily . All this can be batches and is not time consuming. Send 2 emails a week to let guest know of podcast. (These are canned & ready to go). Occasional updating website. Must have super English for writing & communication with me. Looking for VA who is reliable & can work on own initiative.
