On-Call General Virtual Assistant

We are in need of an On-Call General Virtual Assistant to help with a large number of projects. She/he will be responsible for providing a wide variety of support services, from Marketing to Admin support to social media management.

The successful candidate must possess the following core skills:

1. Shopify admin support: products and collections management, generating discounts for marketing team, customer management, Shopify analytics and reports, wholesale channel management and support.
2. Shopify backend and frontend development and QA support: help in app setups and landing pages setup, customize theme and basic liquid edits if needed for apps installment, QA development changes made on staging theme and production theme, help in debug and publishing website changes if needed
3. Marketing team support: help team in deploying campaigns (email campaigns, Pushowl, Recart, SMS)
• Email marketing support: help in creating automation sequences, cold emails, and weekly newsletters
• Social media support: help on engagement and private messages until we have SMM, occasionally help on producing story graphics.
• Background in SEO and display ads (FB/IG ads and Google Adwords): help in generating reports, checking ranking, data, ad spend/ROAS, etc
• With affiliate marketing knowledge: help in checking referrals and commissions
• Generate Google Analytics and marketing KPI reports
4. Customer service: help warehouse and customer service team in checking order inquiries on both Shopify and Freshdesk, occasionally help CS team in responding to tickets and social media inquiries
5. HR support: help in onboarding newly hired colleagues, help with screening applicants, help the team with performance and weekly reports deliverables
6. General admin and project management tasks: organize and help on team task management using Airtable, help in structure and following up on pending projects and tasks of the team, Zapier knowledge, Google Team Drive knowledge, basic research.
