Graphic Illustrator for T-shirt business

I am looking for an ambitious and reliable graphic designer for the t-shirt business on various platforms like Amazon, Spreadshirt and co.

Requirements:

- you speak english
- you have experience in the development of designs in both technical and manual form
- you are able to create 25 designs per day according to a given sample
- you are reliable and work accurately
- you are motivated

Procedure:

- on the 1st day of each week you will receive a weekly plan with the themes for the designs so that you can prepare yourself accordingly
(for example: 1st day: car, 2nd day: bike, 3rd day: dog, 4th day: cat, 7th day: vegetables)

Remuneration:

- 300€/month fixed + bonus for above average sales
- transfer is always made on 01. every month
