Responsibilities:
1. Answered the phone calls of customer service, followed up the implementation of customer consultation needs and the solution of difficult problems, and provided customers with proactive, enthusiastic, satisfactory and thoughtful services;
2. To provide good after consulting service, timely solve customer questions;
3. Customer relationship management, collecting and reporting customer opinions.
Qualifications:
1. High school or above;
2. Customer service experience (call center experience preferred);
3. Standard and fluent English, sweet voice, clear expression, good communication skills, strain capacity and judgment ability;
4. Proficient in Microsoft office software;
5. Cheerful, practical, responsible and proactive.
Worktime: 6 days per week
