Corporate Attorney – Online Teaching Company

A fast-paced Online tutorial company is looking for an attorney to work part-time who can do the following tasks: review contracts, qualify purchase order terms and conditions, recommend revisions to contract clauses for various internal and external documents, research employment law and draft contractor agreements, prepare and file corporate documents including amendments and propose high-quality work products to management for approval.

Microsoft Office and project management skills are a must.

The ideal candidate must be able to collaborate easily with others, be willing to learn and have great interpersonal skills.

A strong ability to communicate in English and be easily understood is required.
