Help Desk Tech Support - Night Shift / USA

This is a full time or part time long term position.
We are looking for a talented online supporter with Webmaster and Admin skills to work with our Help Desk department. You must have good English writing skills and excellent understanding of support emails in order to fully understand our customer’s problems and be able to respond and resolve specific website related issues.

This hands-on position will require you to answer tickets, analyze and diagnose the issue at hand, and resolve the problem with a follow up email communication with the client.

No verbal communication is required.

Ideal personal characteristics for this position include:
- Joomla expert (3 years experience)
- Being extremely focused
- Very Analytical thinker
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Attention to details
