WordPress Development & Support developer required

Are you a bright and hard working WordPress developer? Are you looking for an exciting and varied job - everything from building WordPress sites to creating landing pages, membership portals, setting up Google Ads conversion tracking, Facebook ads, ActiveCampaign email campaigns and conversion funnels?

Do you know hosting? Backups? ManageWP? Cloudflare? How to implement SSL, and find the mixed content? How to go through a WordPress site and optimise it? Install caching? Check it doesn't break?

What about SEO? Do you enjoy Screaming Frog? Do you get sad when there's anything less than an "A" in pagespeed scores?

Would you like to join a team headed up by two of the most knowledgeable lead generation experts in the UK? Are you looking to be challenged, and to join at the early stages of a company that's growing fast?

We run a completely remote team. We expect you to have a decent office environment - fast computer, good broadband, reliable connectivity, decent workspace, ability to do zoom/skype video calls etc.

We're looking for you to join us full-time.

For the avoidance of doubt, this means we are not looking for anyone part time or freelance. We want you to work for us for the long term. We hope you'll love working with us, and we want to provide you with a great job for the future, where you can grow and learn.

You can work in normal Philippines office hours (9-5, Monday to Friday)

We will pay you in arrears, typically on the 8th of the following month.

Salary will be based on experience and ability. We pay good salaries compared to comparable jobs. Let us know what you're looking for.

Future salary increases are available for those with a fantastic attitude and demonstrating great value to our business. As we said, we're in this for the long term and if you're great we want you to stay with us. If you are looking to develop your career we are happy to provide mentoring and training to help you build your career.

Skills required:

Er... I think we already told you that at the top! We are not the kind of company to list out things you must ---------- stead we're looking for great people! People who can learn something new by getting stuck in. Problem-solvers!

Obviously all the usual stuff is necessary. If you're a wordpress developer, you'll already be ok with php, MySQL etc. But we're not building stuff from scratch, so you don't need to be an expert - just have a "get it done" attitude. Same for hosting. You need to know how to move a site from here to there. You need to know the difference between DNS and ---------- t a full-time systems admin, but someone who can get it done!

Again, for design, you're not a graphic designer. But you know how to lay out a page of content. You know that a logo is too big, too small. You know that a font size is unreadable - or that it needs a background to improve contrast.

Obviously you'll know HTML, CSS, and the principles of JavaScript.
