Buildium Support - Phone Support (Central Standard Time from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm)

I am in need of an motivated and caring individual capable of sharing and directing our phone call volume at our property management company. Applicants need to be well versed in the property management software platform Buildium and be able to:

1) answer questions about tenant past due balances
2) answer questions about tasks and work orders, and input work new work orders
3) directing owners in how to find reports
4) answer questions about available rental properties (by reading it off of Buildium)
5) call forward to current staff members

Pay could increase depending on performance.
