REQUESTED SKILLS:

• Great English communicator in writing, as well as speaking.
• Has an interest in digital advertising, and is both creative and curious
• Experience building and optimizing Facebook ads
• (OPTIONAL) Experience building and optimizing Google/YouTube ads
• Knowledge of creating landing pages (LeadPages, Clickfunnels, etc.) (I'll also train you)
• Knowledge of email marketing (how to write emails)
• Willing to learn new tasks, undergo highly beneficial training, and is not easily offended
• Has a highly-motivated, energetic attitude
• Extremely reliable and dependable, willing to go the extra mile for the company and wow clients
• Has a highly positive, no excuses attitude
• Extremely organized and task-oriented
• Extremely detail-oriented
• Data-driven - you love looking at spreadsheets and numbers

ABOUT THE POSITION:
1. You will be creating entire Facebook/Instagram/Google ad campaigns (From ad placements, to Zapier automation sequences – like SMS and email, to landing pages (Will Be Trained)).

2. You will learn how to optimize ad campaigns to ensure clients are getting the best possible return on investment (don’t worry – I’ll teach you this).

3. We are looking for someone who will take initiative and responsibility for the role. Become a leader and do what it takes to get our clients the best results possible.

I will teach you everything you need to be successful, and I want you to be successful too. We work as a team, and if you ever feel like you don’t know what to do for a certain step, I will gladly hop on a video call with you and show you how to do what’s needed, and we will save that video so you can reference it in the future as well.

ABOUT COMPENSATION:
• Will pay every two weeks (middle and end of month) after the first month.
• We pay bonuses for great work and employees who show initiative and drive to grow the business
• We give pay increases based on performance
• Every month you work, you proportionally accrue paid time off, totaling 6 paid days off over the entire year.
