Marketing Assistant & Virtual Assistant

** We are seeking a Marketing Assistant & Virtual Assistant in one person. Ideal candidate will have experience in messenger marketing & email marketing. They will be technically sound and possess the ability to set up marketing programs from directions that are given via a project manager software. We use teamwork to manage projects.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

** Setup of marketing campaigns using the following apps, experience using them would be preferred.
1. ManyChat ( ---------- )
2. Facebook
3. Drip ( ---------- )
4. Zapier ( ---------- )
5. Google Sheets

** Monitoring of the campaigns and responding to automated messaging on Facebook
** Research of leads that come into our marketing system
** Development of email campaigns as needed for clients

Requirements

** 3+ years' working Experience
** Knowledge of mentioned above apps
** Strong English
** Ability to manage multiple projects at a time
** Attention to detail
** WooCommerce experience also a plus
** Ability to at least communicate during EST hours in the beginning or end of our day. Team is important here, therefore so is communication.
