WordPress Support Agent Available During USA Hours

We are looking for a motivated individual with a good understanding of WordPress and great English writing skills.

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE GREAT ENGLISH WRITING SKILLS YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION.

The Role: Account Executive (full time)

Responsibilities:
- Clients submit requests which end up in your inbox
- You must review each request and make sure it is something that our support plan covers
- If our plan covers the requested work, you assign the request to the proper developer to complete the work
- If our plan does not cover the work they want done, you let the client know we do not cover it but also share the additional cost it would require to do the work they need
- USA office hours of 9am - 5pm PDT (11am - 7pm CST)
