Virtual Assistant for Online Media Company

I am looking for a virtual assistant to help me with day-to-day tasks in my online media company. These tasks will range from internet research to simple excel spreadsheets to blog commenting.

Important attributes for this position
*Very internet savvy
*Good English comprehension and decent written English

Other good attributes
*Photoshop experience
*Excel experience
*Wordpress experience

I would prefer someone who could at least work a few hours per day in my time zone (I work from 8am to 5pm on GMT -5) so we can discuss the days tasks but will consider someone outside these hours if their skill set is very good.

I would prefer someone who can work full time (40 hours per week) but I will consider anyone who can work at least 20 hours per week.

Salary will be 10,000 - 15,000 PHP per month to start.
