10xFactory is looking for a bright community manager to join our small but insanely talented remote team to help manage our fast growing community of entrepreneurs from around the world.

10XFactory is one of the world’s fastest growing online communities for entrepreneurs. Within a very short time, we’ve grown from a simple concept to over 1000 entrepreneurs from around the world. Our members include the founders of both small and fast-growing companies like BigCommerce, Template Monster, Hunt A Killer and ProfitWell to name a few.

But with that growth have come growth challenges we need you to solve to help take this community to the next level - world-class and beyond

About the Job:

In this role, you'll help with:

- Membership approvals
- Customer service
- Upselling existing members
- Surveying existing members & members who leave
- Generating more positive reviews
- Following up with applicants who are on the fence
- Managing chargebacks
- Cold outreach; pr opportunities, contacting prospective members, podcast opportunities, etc.

You must have:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
- Excellent home based internet connection.
- Ability to work full time (40 hrs / wk)
- Able to work EDT or PDT working hours
