REIN provides proven analysis based on economic fundamentals and current market trends so homeowners and real estate investors can make decisions based on future reality, not emotion.

Types of projects and opportunities:

• Online content:
o Repurpose printed real estate education resources, including a book, workbook, etc., for online consumption
• For the right candidate, could expand to develop online courses.
• Market research:
o Redesign existing market research products, for example, Upgrade to see actual info
o Create market research
• Re-purpose and upgrade REIN Education real estate investing products:
o Joint Ventures
o Rent to Own
o Renovate to Flip
o Landlording
o Multi-family, and more.
• Re-structure internal Member website (of real estate resources, tools, content, materials, forms) for optimal client experience, improved navigation, and access to materials.
o A team of students in a local MBA Project Management course is currently designing the project, and given the outcome, there may be a possibility for a student to execute and implement this summer.


The duties of this position are varied and flexible, but not limited to:

• Data mining and creating written research reports on economic factors affecting the real estate market for publication
• Synthesizing data, identifying trends, and communicating conclusions in compelling ways to multiple audiences
• Redesigning existing market research products
• Analyzing survey data to deduce the correlation between various attributes
• Creating visual representations of data
• Creating Powerpoint presentations
• Finding relevant articles in the media
• Creating, and/or contributing to, other written materials as needed: blog posts, ebooks, white papers, social media.
• Participating in team meetings
• Creating spreadsheets to track information related to events including speaker presentations, handouts, biographies and pictures
• Re-purposing and upgrading REIN Education real estate investing products

• Superior research and analysis competency
• Strong data analysis capabilities
• Exceptional business writing and written communication skills
• Self-starter attitude/Self-driven
• Effective interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office programs, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Experience designing/developing websites an asset
• Experience working with databases
• Ability to design and propose a successful business case (template provided, and support offered)
• Implement and execute a project plan

Employment

• Full time, graveyard shift (somewhat flexible on schedule)
• Rate of pay 5$ US per hour
