Youtube Influencer Outreach / Social Media manager (Instagram)

Lilova is a new brand of period-proof underwear for women to feel good & sexy during their period while helping the planet ----------
I am looking for someone to handle the youtube & instagram affiliate outreach for the brand, as well as our social medias (mainly instagram).
This is a full time position. Ideal hours: from 5am to 1pm New York time (so 5pm to 1am Philippines time)
Here is the list of main tasks for this job:
1. Look for youtube & instagram channels we could collaborate with (have to be a great fit with our brand)
2. Mass-email them every Wednesday & Friday
3. Respond to emails daily: convince them to work with us / make sure they do the video about us / keep a good relationship with them / etc
4. Place orders (on Shopify) to send them
5. Post on Instagram daily (1 post & stories / day) - find good content to share (reposts or photos from our collaborators)

Requirements:
- You should have a good writing English level
- You should know how to work with Excel (simple data entry / filtering)
- I am looking for someone we can handle multi-tasking, who is dedicated to the work, and always available
- Experience in affiliate marketing is a plus
