Skincare brand is looking for a superstar customer service Virtual Assistant. Please apply only if you have experience in customer service support tickets.

Job requirements:
- Reply emails from customers (Usually about tracking code, shipment status, refund requests, etc)
- Be able to have a good understanding of English. Ability to understand and write a proper email to reply to customers. This is extremely important
- Creative and independent at solving issues from customers
- Can reply a lot of emails in a short period of time without compromising on quality of emails sent
