Requirements:
•Native Korean fluent in English
•Filipino who can speak Korean language
•2 years in college or graduate of any bachelor’s degree
•With experience in Customer Service or Technical Support is an advantage
•With experience in consumer electronics is a plus
•Can start working ASAP
•Willing to work in shifting schedule
Responsibilities:
• Attend to inquiries and ensure that all concerns are properly addressed
• Determine and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Make sure to provide excellent customer service and display professionalism
• Gather important information and provide accurate solution to the concerns
