Position: Korean VIP Concierge
Industry: Lifestyle Management Company
Location: Makati City
Salary: P 45,000 to P 65,000
Work Schedule: 7 AM - 4 PM Monday to Friday / 3 PM-12 MN Tuesday to Saturday

Requirements:
• Non- Native Fluent in both English and Korean language
• Native Korean fluent in English and with permanent visa
• At least high school graduate
• Customer service is a plus but not required

Responsibilities:
• Handle calls and emails from VIP customers regarding lifestyle and personal management
• Ensure to provide friendly and hospitable services in a timely manner.
• Build sustainable relationship with the clients.
• Responsible in delivering efficient and effective services.
• And when how they will pay there hotel reservation
