About Yourself:
• Experienced Website Designer & Programmer.
• Must be expert in wordpress, HTML.
•Able to set up & integrate Social Media pages
• Be able to make mobile friendly sites.
•Know how to optimize websites eg. SEO , Google Penguin, Create Links, Google Page Rank Algorithm, Google Analytics, Search Engine Submission, Directory Submission, PR Writing & Submission to PR websites, RSS Integration & Submission.
• know how to make an article go Viral .
• good English writing communication
• Experience at Facebook Posts &
Blogs .
• Able to use Microsoft Word.
• Extremely reliable

Position :
• Web Design .
• Building Websites
• Managing Websites & managing the database
• Know how to back up websites.
• know how to integrate videos into site
• Work 5 days a week - 8 hours a day (can be split up during day)

Compensation:
• Will pay everyday for 1st week, then on a weekly basis after 1st week
• We pay bonuses for great work
• We pay ONE MONTH EXTRA PAY after 12 months as Bonus.
• We give pay increases based on performance
• Year 1 - Every month you work, you earn 1 personal day which can be used as sick days or vacation days (12 Days per Year).
Year 2 - you get 15 days!
Year 5 - you get 20 days!!! (we really reward loyal employees)
• These are the paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (7 Days)
