WordPress

I am looking for a web developer to help with our wordpress sites. I would need the developer to do more than just wordpress. There will be some custom functions and custom php's and may be even create plug in's for the platform.

I have quite a few sites but we will have to start slowly, and one at a time, must have a sense for graphics / layout. I hate ugly websites. Please show me your past work.

I am looking for someone who works well and communicates well, not someone who won't tell me what's going on for a week and waits for my instructions. I am looking for people that can come to me pro actively, reporting to me what's going on, instead of me having to try to contact and try to figure out what is going on or what the progress is for the project.

Job requires you to install softwares to track your activitys.
We use paypal to pay.
and job requires webcam and mic for meetings.
