Photoshop expert, web design expert, familiar with Word Press

I would like to hire a part-time assistant to do PhotoShop editing for my photography, work with me on new web designs and help update my current sites. This person needs to be totally familiar with Word Press formats for web design. The PhotoShop work would be basic but important for my work.
