No prior real estate experience is required.

•Fluent written and spoken English for phone meetings and conversations with clients.
•Effective listening skills
•Internet and Technology savvy
•Knowledge in using General Office software: Ms Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
•Knowledge in Google Applications: Calendar, Contacts, Gmail
•Strong organization skills is a must
•Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor required to interact with the team and clients
•Ability to Multi task
•Outstanding Phone etiquette
•Sharp memory and excellent common sense
•Proficient in research
•Proactive and requires minimal supervision
•Ability to learn quickly in a fast paced environment
•Has a passion for continuing education and constant learning experience
•Previous Virtual Assistant experience required
•Pay pal account for getting paid biweekly
Technical requirements:
•Must have High speed internet capable of making outbound Skype calls to clients and for research.
•Must be in a quiet environment to ensure professional and undisturbed calls: Headset with Noise cancellation feature will help.
