Social media manager

I am looking for someone to manage my engagement on social media. They need to be proficient in English and able to engage with individuals on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. I need a highly driven individual who will comment on others post, send direct messages, follow and unfollow accounts and track those same accounts.
