JOB OVERVIEW

Join a well funded, fast growing startup with big plans. We are looking for Social Media Surfers and Moderator Admins work full time. You will be posting messages on our wholly-owned Social Media site and helping us on our site as a Site Moderator Admin, to detect and disable any problem posts made by other users.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

1. We operate our own social network. Your job is: A) Creating your own posts every day with several accounts, and B) Monitoring our social network for problem or offensive posts. If you see a problem post, delete it, and possibly disable the problem account.

2. Although your work will be done on our social network, for this job you need to be an experienced Social Media user which means you should have a lot of experience in your history on Facebook and Twitter. You should have experience writing your own message posts and understand what a "problem," offensive message post looks like.

3. You will be expected to post messages with about five of your own accounts that you will create on our social network. Each of your accounts should post about five messages per day. So, that is a total of about twenty five original message posts per day. Each post will take you about five minutes to compose and will be on topics we provide you with. We will train you on this -- it is easy. Even though that is only about two hours of actual writing per day, in our experience it works better if you take your time and write good posts. So considering you will be working a full 8-hour shift every day, it is not very difficult to hit the target number of posts each day while also watching the site for any problems in your Moderator/Admin role.

4. You must have good command of the English language. You should be able to pass for an American or Canadian internet user, with your message posts. With that in mind, we do not have a minimum education requirement. As long as we can see you have good English, that is fine.

5. You need to have your own computer with a web browser ... laptop or desktop, PC or Mac is fine. This job cannot be done "only" from a mobile device.

6. This is a full-time position. You must be RELIABLE, and HIGHLY available to work with our staff online on Skype, Slack and Whatsapp. You will be expected to answer online inquiries from staff about your work progress on a daily basis during our agreed-upon working hours.

7. You will be working with some well known Internet entrepreneurs from the United States and Canada. A good opportunity to expand your contacts internationally!

8. The tools and softwares you will be using to do your job are: A) Your Web Browser (any web browser is fine), B) Skype (to communicate with us) C) Slack (to communicate with us), D) Twitter (to monitor certain content, we will train you on this) E) Whatsapp (to communicate with us) F) Our social network (We will train you as a Site Admin)
