We’ve grown our tennis YouTube Channel, RacquetFlex, to over 10K subscribers by focusing primarily on the content side and some basic YouTube SEO.

But we’re now looking to upgrade our YouTube SEO and SEM strategy in order to grow faster and reach impact more people through our brand.

We are looking for an SEO expert who can help us with in-depth keyword research, YouTube keyword optimization, and YouTube SEO/SEM.

Job Description:

1. In-depth keyword research to find long-tail keywords, remove irrelevant keywords from a keyword list
2. Organize keyword lists into topic clusters or keyword groups
3. Optimize all our YouTube titles, tags, and descriptions through SEO and provide a list of target keywords for every video
4. Analyze YouTube channel metrics to create search engine marketing strategies for growth
5. Create and split test keywords and titles using PPC ads

Minimum Requirements

- Demonstrate the results you've produced for your previous clients (ranking keywords, increase web traffic, etc.)
- Must be adept at using spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.) for keyword research
- Must be adept to optimizing YouTube videos for SEO (writing titles, tags, and descriptions)
- Must be available to communicate Mon - ---------- AM - 5 PM PST.
- IMPORTANT: Must have 5+ years of previous experience with YouTube SEO and marketing.
