JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities:
• Researches for prospects through website forms, databases, and telephone directories.
• Acts as telesales professionals, contacting leads to qualify their interest and purchasing intentions.
• Collects all pertinent details, specially contact information and creates a record in Goldmine.
• Conducts weekly endorsements with their assigned Lead Gen. Specialist, to update lead status and to strategize further, as necessary.
• Calls and qualifies their own prospects and sends out company profile and other promotional materials.
• Assists customers in finding quality products and customizing prices based on quantity and other ongoing promotions. This includes finding the most suitable supplier where items may be bought.
• Follows up on existing quotes, making sure that they will eventually be converted to sales.
• Obtains all information pertinent to a sale, such as company name, contact, shipping and billing address, credit card or purchase order details, items and quantity, total price and other fees and taxes. Documents these data accordingly.
• Obtains a written order confirmation and processes the order via Quotewerks, to be submitted to designated supervisor for approval.
• Requests invoice and tracking details to be sent to customer.
• Tracks the package, making sure it arrives to destination complete and in good condition.
• Ensures customer satisfaction, and offers post-sale support, including assistance in cases of returns.
• Helps the Collection Specialist in following up on Net-30 payments.
• Follows-up on possible re-orders.
• Escalates to supervisor any issue or procedure that may seem unclear or beyond their level of support.
• Participates in training and coaching sessions and co-creates action plans for performance enhancement.
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned to him / her from time to time.



Requirements:
• College level, any course
• Strong conversational English communication skills
• Confident, spontaneous and enthusiastic
• Inbound or outbound phone sales experience is preferred but not required
• With at least 1 year sales experience, any field
• High School Graduates with exceptional communication and customer service skills are also welcome to apply
• Computer and internet savvy
• Thrives on sales and earning opportunities
• Demonstrates the capacity to up-sell, cross-sell and process orders
