Requirements:

I’m looking for designers with over 3 years of experience. If you have made designs for tee shirts, mugs, pillows, or jewelry, then this career opportunity is for you.

How You Will Get Paid:

You will be paid a monthly base salary. But remember when I told you that we will be flipping this thing upside down and that you can earn more money than a civil engineer, doctor, and lawyer put together? Well, this is possible because of this one reason: “Profit Sharing.”

How Does “Profit Sharing” Work:

You make a design, we put it on a necklace and sell it to our customers online. For every sale we make, you’ll get a percentage of the profits every month.

Why are we doing this?

Because we know incentives work! If you could make $10,000 or more on one design, you’ll produce your best work right? You’ll feel motivated to work. You would think about all the ways you could help your family and the less fortunate. Perhaps paying their bills, treating them to a fine dinner at your favorite steak house or sending your children to a better ---------- ’s a win-win situation for both of us. The better you do, the better we do.
