designer for longterm employment relationship

Dear Designer,

my name is Gregor and I live in Germany.

I am searching for a designer, who
- has experience in using photoshop
- is permanent hard-working
- understand basic english (speaking, reading, writting)

I am interested in a longterm employment relationship, that means I would like to work with you for years.

I require 10 designs per day, which are selfmade by yourself.
The designs are based on my specifications, which I will provid to you (such as topic, size).
The designs will be slogans, graphics and combinations of both.
There will be very different topics such as animals, logos, people, sports and so on.

You will be paid each week and I will pay you 1 Dollar for each design.
After a certain time and after I have proofed your abilities (such as trustfull co-work, on time delivery, good styled designs), the payment will be increased.
You can work 5 till 7 days per week, it is your own choice, but at least 5 days per week.

For your application I ask you to send me your CV and some examples of your former designs.
