As a professional developer you will be expected to design, develop, test and deliver web sites, applications and components for all internal web sites and for all of our client’s websites.

All applying candidates should have an experience with working on multiple projects and meeting deadlines. Use of best practices and design methods is expected from you. All of our project work is expected to meet the highest standard levels.

Candidates are required to have experience in graphics, layout, scripting, programming, as well as development involving compatibility and seamless integration with plugins, themes, cross platform integration and all relevant technologies.

Primarily we will be working with WordPress – so you must be an expert, or well on your way to becoming an expert.


Technical skills:
• Expert WordPress developer with experience in building custom functionality and applications to extend WordPress core capabilities
• Front-end and some back-end development experience
• Solid experience in web site development using HTML 4 & 5, JavaScript, CSS3, Flash/ActionScript
• Experience in creating visual mock-ups using graphics creation tools like Adobe Creative Suite and converting those mock-ups using best practices standards based on HTML4/5, CSS3 and Javascript frameworks (like jQuery)
• Solid experience with all of the following: PHP, XML, Java Server Pages and Java
• Designing cross-browser compatible sites (Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer, Safari, etc)
• Experience with code optimization and performance tuning

Personal ability:
• Passion for quality and attention to detail
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working under tight deadlines and adaptable to requirement changes
• Good written and oral communication skills (English)
• Reliable, trustworthy and honest


Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
